Who can participate
Athletes under 18 must have parent/guardian approval.
Anyone may attempt a challenge; membership is required for prizes and full leaderboard listing.
Video requirements
One continuous take. No cuts or edits from start to finish.
Framing: Athlete, ball, and any required lines/targets must remain visible for the entire attempt.
Camera: Stable (tripod or propped), horizontal preferred, good light, clear audio.
Intro: At the start, say athlete first name + the challenge name.
Timing/Counting: Follow the specific rules in the weekly email (timer, rep standard, distance/spot, etc.).
Environment: Safe indoor/outdoor space, no interference. No coaching during the attempt.
Submission
Parent submits the entry via our official form (link in the weekly email).
Include: video link (YouTube Unlisted, Google Drive, or similar) + parent email used at signup.
Deadline and timezone are listed in the weekly email (default: Eastern).
Verification & leaderboard
We review for clarity and rule compliance.
Members are listed on the full leaderboard; non-members may appear in Top-5 highlights only.
Ties and judgment calls are made at our discretion to preserve integrity.
Disqualification examples
Edited video, jump cuts, or obscured view
Wrong distance/spot, early/late start, or off-standard reps/timer
Unsafe behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct
Appeals
Parents may email davidwhitehoops@gmail.com within 48 hours of results for a re-review.
Privacy
We display first name + last initial by default. You may request an alias or removal from public listings.
